• Your PDF bank statements, transaction line items, balances, or document metadata.
• Your bank names, account numbers, names, or addresses contained in statements.
• Any files that you choose to drop into our converter tool.

2. What We Process and Where

All parsing, text extraction, grouping, and compilation of transaction tables is performed using JavaScript libraries running in your web browser. When you select a statement, your device reads the document locally and downloads the generated spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv) directly to your download directory. No external server queries are initiated to extract text layers.

3. Local Browser Storage

To provide a convenient list of your recent conversions on our homepage, we store document filenames and page counts in your browser's local sandbox memory (LocalStorage or SessionStorage). This list is strictly stored on your own browser. You can clear this historical record completely at any time by clicking the "Clear list" button on the home screen. Furthermore, when **Zero-Data Autopilot** is active, this session log is completely destroyed when you close the browser tab or navigate home.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any personal information with third parties. If you choose to contact us using our contact form or purchase a premium subscription, we only collect the email address and billing details required to handle payment and customer support. Stripe handles all transactional billing data securely.
