Your Financial Data Belongs To You.

We believe uploading private bank statements to third-party servers is a massive privacy risk. That is why we built a parser that does all the work directly inside your active browser tab.

100% Client-Side

Your PDF document is parsed locally in-memory. Nothing touches our server.

Zero Data Leaks

We cannot see your account details or transactions. Your privacy is absolute.

Open & Auditable

Built using standard libraries like Mozilla PDF.js. Pure web parsing.

The Backstory

Why we built it

While working with freelance accountants and mortgage brokers, we observed a common bottleneck: they had to type ledger entries manually or upload bank statements to free, unverified online converters.

A quick review of those converters' terms revealed they stored uploaded PDFs on foreign servers, parsed data to build advertising profiles, or kept logs of corporate transaction ledger lines.

We decided that accounting tools shouldn't compromise client trust. We sat down and engineered a client-side parser that matches commercial accuracy without ever sending a single byte to a server.

When you drop a file on our dropzone, the browser instantiates a local worker instance of Mozilla's PDF.js to extract coordinates and text strings.

Our parsing engine scans descriptions for matching merchant names, groups columns into debits/credits, checks running balances, and presents an editable dashboard.

You can correct dates, filter transaction rows, and click export. SheetJS compiles the local array into a clean Excel spreadsheet or QBO file downloaded directly to your machine.
